Visual History with Lawrence Mirisch

Lawrence Mirisch is a former assistant director, having worked in this capacity for the films The Prisoner of Zenda (1979) and Whose Life Is It Anyway? (1981). Mirisch was formerly a member of the DGA’s Special Projects Committee at the behest of his close friend and DGA past-president Robert Wise. Mirisch is the owner and lead agent of The Mirisch Agency which represents many DGA members. Mirisch has also served as a trustee of The Motion Picture and Television Fund and as a Member of its Advisory Committee.
