Guilds Welcome Appointment of Trustee to Take Control of Bergstein Business Entities

The Directors Guild of America, Writers Guild of America, west and Screen Actors Guild of America issued the following joint statement regarding U.S. bankruptcy court judge Barry Russell's appointment of an interim trustee to take control of David Bergstein's Capitol, ThinkFilm and related entities:  

"We welcome the judge's appointment of a trustee in this situation. We will continue to keep a watchful eye on this matter and protect the interests of our members."
