47TH ANNUAL DGA AWARDS
WHO: More than 1,200 DGA members and invited guests will honor outstanding directorial achievement in motion pictures and television during 1994...
Last year's DGA feature film award winner Stephen Spielberg will present the feature film award to this year's winner. Other presenters include Jason Alexander, Eleanor Coppola, Bill Hayes, Susan Seaforth Hayes, Norman Jewison, Garry Marshall, Daniel Petrie, Barry Sonnenfeld, Betty Thomas, and Peter Ueberroth.
Prominent actor/director Carl Reiner will serve as emcee. Distinguished writer/director and Keynote Speaker Hal Kanter will present his annual "state of the entertainment industry address" with additional entertainment by "All American Girl" star and American Comedy Award winner Margaret Cho. Music will be provided by the Frank Capp Orchestra.

COVERAGE: The DGA audio/video feed of the program will be available to all credentialed media in the Empire Room.
