On December 10, the DGA National Board unanimously approved a one-year extension of its National Commercial Agreement (NCA) with the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP) with several key gains.
The extension will be in effect from December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021. It includes a one percent increase in the Employer contribution rate to the DGA-Producer Pension Plan and incorporates the recent multi-union agreement with the AICP on universal COVID-19 safety standards for commercial production.
The NCA extension also establishes strong COVID-19 safety protocols for work on commercial productions.
