The 2020-2021 DGA Network Agreement Rate Cards for Associate Directors, Stage Managers and Production Associates working in News, Sports, Operations, and Local (NY and LA) are now available in the PDFs posted below.
Covering the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, these new rate cards incorporate the wage increases that were negotiated as part of the Network Agreement.
Please note that although the DGA Pension Plan remains well-funded on a relative basis, to provide additional security for the Pension Plan and protect against lower investment returns or a decrease in residual contributions in the future, the DGA National Board elected to divert 1.0% of the 2.5% wage increase scheduled for July 1, 2020 toward the DGA Pension Plan, pursuant to the 2020-2023 Network Memorandum of Agreement. As a result, effective July 1, 2020, the Employer contribution rate to the Pension Plan increased from 7% to 8%, and the wage increase was 1.5%.
