With social distancing restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic still in place, the DGA Special Projects Committee has found new ways to provide craft-focused programming for our members. On Monday, June 29, members had the opportunity to view the Committee’s virtual event, The Craft of the Director: Judd Apatow.
In an in-depth conversation with the director conducted by DGA Special Projects Committee Chair Jeremy Kagan, Apatow discussed his personal directing process and shared how he approaches various areas of the craft, from pre-production through post.
