On April 25, Directors Daniel Lindsay and T.J. Martin’s Oscar-winning documentary, Undefeated, was screened for DGA members at the Guild’s Los Angeles Theater.

The film shines a light on the Manassas Tigers football team, a severely underfunded and underprivileged football team made up of students from inner-city Memphis, Tennessee. The inspirational tale is told through the lens of three student athletes whose challenges extend far beyond the gridiron, and their coach who battles the odds to mold his team into men who can not only win at football, but at life.

After the screening, Lindsay and Martin discussed the making of the film with Director Aaron E. Schneider (Get Low).
