Casey Childs is a daytime serials and theater director who has helmed episodes of the series Another World, As the World Turns, Loving, One Life to Live, The City, All My Children, Hollywood Heights, and The Young and the Restless. For his directorial efforts, Childs has been nominated for five DGA Awards, all for episodes of All My Children. He has also been nominated for 12 Daytime Emmys, winning twice, for Another World in 1992 and All My Children in 2003. Childs served on the DGA’s National Board from 2001-05, the Eastern Directors Council from 1998-2012, the Directors Guild Foundation since 2003, and the Negotiating Committee in 2005.
