The DGA minimum salary schedules for Directors, Unit Production Managers, Assistant Directors, Associate Directors and Stage Managers, effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
Also taking effect on July 1, one-half-percent of compensation will now be diverted to the Pension Plan as an additional Employer contribution. The 0.5% diversion is the result of a provision the DGA negotiated as part of the 2017 Basic Agreement to give it the flexibility to help fortify the Pension Plan. These rate cards are intended for general informational purposes.
